This ‘Privacy Policy’ governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal information OCAS receives from users of this website.

OCAS complies with the European regulation on protection of privacy. That includes compliance with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’), as well as the amendment of national laws to bring them into line with this European regulation.
OCAS acts as controller for personal data collected via the website, which means that OCAS is the organisation responsible for the processing of your personal data obtained via the website (via cookies, contact forms, registry forms, job application forms, etc.) or via the e-mail addresses provided on the website.

This Privacy Policy relates to your personal data. OCAS has no influence over that.

- If you contact us via the form on the website, your personal data will be used for dealing with and answering your questions or complaints;
- If you apply for a job using the form on the site, your personal data will be used for processing your application;
- If you fill in the Registry we will use your personal information for considering your participation in future activities;
- Cookies will be used for understanding how visitors use the site in order to improve the website and the services of OCAS.

- Right to restriction: you may also request to restrict the processing of your personal data in the situations set forth by applicable law.
- Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where your Personal Data has been collected and processed based on legitimate interests of OCAS. In this case you will need to justify your request by explaining to us your particular situation. In addition, you always have the right to object to the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes; in such case, you do not have to justify your request.
