Simulation and production
OCAS has an impressive range of simulation and modelling equipment, permitting considerable reductions in development time and costs for customers. In this way we are able to predict and optimise the effects of widely varying materials, coatings and design for forming, welding, cutting, joining, electromagnetic properties, thermal properties, vibro-accoustic properties etc. In particular, we can avoid expensive industrial testing: we provide you with an affordable prototype in a few days, thanks to our Rapid Prototyping services. |
Specifically for the development of new steel materials or special alloys, OCAS can simulate the industrial process on laboratory scale. Our robust steel production process for customised casting and rolling of metal and steel alloys can be scaled up to an industrial environment. |
