| OCAS is ISO 9001 certified since 1999, until 2005 as an independent lab, and since then embedded in the ArcelorMittal R&D perimeter. The quality system is fully integrated in the daily life of the research centre and quality parameters appear everywhere directly in our activities. Via a signals database all internal and external suggestions, evaluations, complaints, but also positive strokes, are registered, followed up and if needed translated into action points with a PDCA based approach (Plan - Do - Check - Act). All action points are followed up by the quality team and in the weekly management meeting. |
